Spring Training Camp

Ultimate Workout is proud to present the first Ultimate Spring Training camp in Toronto. Each session is 3 hours long and is designed to shake off the winter rust and prepare you for tryout season. Don’t let being out of shape prevent you from getting on the team of your choice.

Each session you will go through strength, agility and endurance training. These sessions are not for the light-hearted…if you come, prepare to work!

Location for Spring Training Camp is Riverdale Park East.

Dates for Spring Training Camp is as follows

  • Sunday March 27, 2011, 10am-1pm
  • Sunday April 3, 2011, 10am-1pm
  • Sunday April 10, 2011, 10am-1pm

Cost is $15 per day. Sign up for all 3 days and only pay $40.
